At JenFit Country Strength LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and related services. By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
We will deliver coaching and support as described in your program. This may include training plans, nutrition guidance, check‑ins, and access to coaching platforms.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed plan before services begin.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid for the duration of your program.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement.
Missed sessions are not refundable.
If you need to pause or change your program, please contact us directly to discuss options.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information in your forms and data collection.
Consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Follow the coaching plan to the best of your ability.
If under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for all personal training services and must be present during initial consultations.
5. SMS Communication (Opt‑In Required)
If you choose to opt in to SMS messaging, you consent to receive text messages from JenFit Country Strength LLC for the following purposes:
Coaching‑related communication
Appointment reminders
Program updates
Calendar booking reminders
Customer support responses
Promotional messages (only if you have opted in to marketing)
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt‑Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

Mobile Data Use & Sharing
SMS data is used solely for communication between JenFit Country Strength LLC and the client.
Your mobile number and SMS consent status are not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.

6. Liability
JenFit Country Strength LLC is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or other issues that may occur as a result of participation in coaching services. You participate at your own risk.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to follow program guidelines, engages in inappropriate conduct, or breaches these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JenFit Country Strength LLC operates.
